The Loft is a beautifully presented apartment set in the grounds of Dunmurray Lodge Guesthouse. This stylish studio is the perfect romantic getaway for two.

Set in the heart of Pitlochry, the studio is a short stroll into town and an ideal base to enjoy the many walks in the surrounding area.

The entrance door opens into a light hallway with an internal staircase leading to the apartment. The spacious open plan studio has a comfortable sitting area, a dining area with seating for two, a luxurious King-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a large ensuite with walk in shower.

Outside there is a lovely decked patio for sole use of the studio guests.

The Loft Terms & Conditions

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the booking total is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance can be paid on departure.

Cancellation Conditions

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 30% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
We appreciate that circumstances can change unexpectedly, so please call Lorraine as soon as possible should you find yourself in this predicament. We recommend take out adequate holiday insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Your Responsibilities

For the whole of the period included within your booking, you will be responsible for the property and will be expected to take reasonable care of it. The property and all equipment and utensils must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the Hirer however minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged except in circumstances where extra cleaning is required or there is damage beyond what is reasonably expected. Dunmurray Lodge reserve the right to charge the hirer for any additional costs incurred as a consequence and may at their discretion refuse future bookings.
