Payment in full is required 28 days prior to the start of the visit.
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to the stay, then a refund of 50% will be applied providing the full balance has been paid.
If a booking is cancelled between 28 and 15 days prior to the stay, then a refund of 25% will be applied providing the full balance has been paid.
If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, then the full booking amount will be charged.
Non-arrivals will be charged in full.
We appreciate that circumstances can change unexpectedly, so please call Lorraine as soon as possible should you find yourself in this predicament. We recommend take out adequate holiday insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
For the whole of the period included within your booking, you will be responsible for the property and will be expected to take reasonable care of it. The property and all equipment and utensils must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the Hirer however minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged except in circumstances where extra cleaning is required or there is damage beyond what is reasonably expected. Dunmurray Lodge reserve the right to charge the hirer for any additional costs incurred as a consequence and may at their discretion refuse future bookings.
