- Black
pudding is a blood sausage a recipe traditionally brought
from Germany by pork butchers who settled in Scotland.
Your
choice for breakfast can be served with any or all of the
menu selections listed below, prepared and cooked in the
way you wish.

sausage, blackpudding, kippers, haggis, omelette, porridge,

breakfast (croissant, cheese, pate, cooked ham and tomato)

Waffles (A waffle is made from flour, sugar and egg.
An American tradition, usually served topped with bacon,
eggs and maple syrup. Can be served on its own as a sweet
toastie. )
The
Buffet Table is set with cereals, museli, yoghurt, fresh
fruit, cheese, preserved fruit and fruit juices.
